Court Reporting Certificate

Macomb Community College’s Court Reporting program is approved by the Michigan Department of Education as a prerequisite for the Certified Shorthand Reporting Examination and is taught by State Certified Court Reporters. Required courses include CRTR-8000 , CRTR-8016 , CRTR-8022 , CRTR-8007 , CRTR-8014 , CRTR-8017 , CRTR-8025D ,  CRTR-8009B , CRTR-8011C , and CRTR-8008A . A minimum 40-hour internship is required to complete the program.
