Program Description:

The Building Performance & Energy Management program is designed to prepare students for careers in the fields of energy management and building automation of high-performance buildings.

Program Outcomes:

Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:

  1. Explain the role of energy, sustainability and the current state of the natural environment.
  2. Evaluate and adjust building control settings relating to the buildings various mechanical and electrical systems.
  3. Design a plan to improve building performance using established methods of documentation and validation.
  4. Develop and present a complete energy analysis report.
