Program Description:
The Building Performance & Energy Management program is designed to prepare students for careers in the fields of energy management and building automation of high-performance buildings.
Program Outcomes:
Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
- Explain the role of energy, sustainability and the current state of the natural environment.
- Evaluate and adjust building control settings relating to the buildings various mechanical and electrical systems.
- Design a plan to improve building performance using established methods of documentation and validation.
- Develop and present a complete energy analysis report.
