OUTCOMES AND OBJECTIVES
Outcome 1: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to apply the rules of basketball in a court situation.

Objectives:

Identify rules of basketball.
Describe the rules of basketball.
Identify basketball vocabulary.
Discuss strategies used in basketball.
Identify court positions.

Outcome 2: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to perform basic basketball skills.

Objectives:

Pass the ball.
Dribble the ball.
Shoot the ball.
Rebound.
Apply basketball skills in group situations.
Apply strategies and court positions for traversing the court.
