Welding Technician Certificate

The program includes the 16-hour OSHA-8001 class to cover industry safety standards and the student will receive an OSHA-10 card. The second class is an 84-hour course, CWET-8058A in MIG welding. The Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) basic is intended for the student with little to no experience welding with the MIG process. Equipment set-up, common shielding glasses, various joints and welding variables are explained. Students who successfully complete OSHA 8001  and CWET 8058A   courses with a total of 100 contact hours will earn a Welding Technician Certificate of Completion.
