Pre requisites: Basic Computer, keyboarding and internet skills are required (CSFT 8001C and CSFT 8059B provide this training).
Students should also have a high school diploma or GED and proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English.
The Data Analytics certificate program is a job skill training program consisting of 3 classes, which meet 3 hours per session for 3-13 sessions, depending on the number of contact hours per class. This 80 contact hour program is offered in the evenings at Center Campus and can be completed in 2 semesters. MS Excel 2021 CSFT 8082B , MS Advanced Excel 2021 CSFT 8095 , Data Analysis and Visualization with PowerBI CSFT 8097 .
The purpose of this program is to empower students with the skills they need to gather, describe, visualize, analyze, and build reports on organizational data using Excel and Power BI. Students will learn how to access data from a variety of data sources, transform the data, and then create meaningful and insightful visuals and dashboards.
