The need to manage time will always be important. How individuals respond to each is within control and can be positively altered. This practical application, interactive course is designed to guide you in self-awareness activities. You will learn skills such as communication, setting boundaries, and goal setting. A variety of strategies will be shared to personalize an action plan that will help you gaining control of the workday (and life), feeling calmer, and achieving a well-balanced life.
