INDT-8026 Builder’s Continuing Competency

Prerequisites None
This class contains three value-packed hours of instruction for each topic: Law (the new law and what a builder needs to know to stay out of trouble with the Licensing Department), Codes (learn the latest updates to the Michigan Residential Code) and Safety (learn about the newest fall protection requirements imposed by MIOSHA). If you hold a builder’s license, this class is required in order for you to renew your Builder’s or M & A Contractor’s License.
