ARTS-8050 Discover the Excitement of Painting in Acrylics & Oils Prerequisites None Discover the excitement of painting in acylics & oils! Students will learn the fundamental principles and technical processes needed to create works of art that appear real. Using a step-by-step method and working from everyday objects, students will explore color and develop skills required for success. All levels are welcome.

Evaluation Students will evaluate this course by completing the Student Evaluation of Class form distributed electronically at the end of the course.
Successful Completion The instructor will evaluate the student’s skills learned using attendance, participation, feedback, testing where appropriate, and projects completed. 75% attendance is required; 100% attendance is recommended as no special arrangements will be made for missing class. 75% = 18 hours. Upon successful completion, this course will appear on the student’s Macomb Community College non-credit transcript.
