Human resource/personnel management issues are presented reflecting the relationship between Human Resource departments and various managerial functions. Major topics include: employment law, job analysis, staffing, training and development, performance appraisals, compensation systems, health and safety, and labor‑management relations. Designed for those who presently supervise workers or plan to do so in the future, as well as present human resource staff members.
