OUTCOMES AND OBJECTIVES
Outcome 1: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to discuss personal safety practices.

Objectives:

  1. Discuss awareness of surroundings.
  2. Discuss listening to intuition.
  3. Discuss identify theft.
  4. Discuss sexual assault.
  5. Discuss domestic violence.

Outcome 2: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to discuss home and vehicle safety practices.

Objectives:

  4. Discuss car breakdown.
  5. Discuss road rage.
  6. Discuss carjacking.

Outcome 3: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to demonstrate personal defense skills.

Objectives:

  1. Practice stances and use of hands and feet to defend oneself.
  2. Practice utilizing voice in defense situations.
