Objectives:
- Describe the structural arrangement of the various levels of state and local government.
- Identify the participants at the various levels of state and local government.
- Understand the relations between and among state and local governments and the federal government.
- Discuss current problems of policy making within the governmental process at state and local government.
- Analyze a major policy area such as education, environment or transportation.
