OUTCOMES AND OBJECTIVES
Outcome 1: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the political, economic, social, spiritual, intellectual, and military histories of the following people:

Prehistoric man The Greeks

The people of Mesopotamia The Romans

The Egyptians The Muslims

The Hebrews The Europeans of the Middle Ages

The Phoenicians The European Renaissance

The Christian Reformation

Objectives: For each of the above peoples, students will:

  1. Explain and analyze the political history.
  2. Explain and analyze the social history.
  3. Explain and analyze the spiritual history.
  4. Explain and analyze the intellectual history.
  5. Explain and analyze the military history.

Outcome 2: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to demonstrate knowledge of contributions of the following people to the evolution of Western culture:
