CHIN 1270 - Chinese Language & Culture 2

Prerequisites: CHIN 1260 or two or more years of high school Chinese

(formerly CHIN-2921)

This course continues students’ development of Chinese language and culture by building and expanding on the culture, vocabulary and language structures learned in CHIN 1260. New language functions will be presented in meaningful activities that emphasize all four language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing and allow for further cultural exposure. Students are required to use computer based technology to practice these skills.
