SURG 2140 - Fundamental Skills for the Surgical First Assistant


SURG-2140 discusses, identifies, and addresses the principles of asepsis and the microbial environment related to the surgical patient. In addition, the Surgical First Assistant students discuss and address the handling of surgical specimens, thermoregulatory devices, and events that establish the integrity of surgical wounds. (3 contact hrs) Center Campus.
