RES 233 - Real Estate 3 (GRI-III)


This course is for those persons with a real estate or brokers background. It is a basic course in investment real estate. Subjects covered include characteristics of investments, property analysis, tax basis and depreciation, income tax implication, and concept of exchange. This is the third course in the Michigan Association of Realtors GRI program requirements. A small calculator for classroom use is recommended. (3 contact hrs) Center Campus.
