RE 111A - Real Estate Principles

This fundamental course is planned to provide a general knowledge of real estate to those persons contemplating entering the business, as well as those presently in the business who have not had formal training in real estate. Content will include scope and organization, economics, legal aspects, the nature of real property, ownership, city planning, and trends. (3 contact hrs) Fall semester only. Center Campus.
