QUAL 2550 - Continuous Improvement (formerly ISUM-2210) This course addresses the integration of continuous improvement of quality in other areas of a company. The course covers strategic planning, customer service, operation, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), information systems, sales, corporate quality culture, designing for quality, reliability, data analysis, and sampling plans using quality tools including Kaizan and TRIZ to implement improvement in the process. This course is part of the preparation needed for the Certified Quality Manager (CQM) and Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA) through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
