QUAL 2300 - Quality Leadership & Costs

(formerly QST 230) An introduction to managing and controlling quality costs, the identification and the use of basic statistical concepts, and the current methodology used in industry for controlling costs will be discussed. Upon completion of the course, the student will have a baseline understanding of quality costs and a variety of the tools being used to control them. (3 contact hrs) South Campus.
