PFS 205 - Catering 6 hours assigned for practicum per semester. This course is designed to give students an overview of catering by highlighting and emphasizing the management and organizational responsibilities of a catered event. The student will plan, organize, execute and evaluate actual events sponsored by the Professional Foods Department. (6 contact hrs) Center Campus.
