PED 132 - Fitness for the Unfit The course consists of exercises that contribute to the improvement of cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength, bone density, and weight control. The student will participate in the program at his/her own pace and keep a record of his/her progress. (2 contact hrs) Center Campus.
