NCT 224 - Basic APT Programming Orientation and skill development in using the APT (Automatic Programmed Tools) numerical control computer language. This course includes grammar, punctuation, geometric description, motion logic, Macros, and Patterns. Programs are written for 2-axis contour and 3-axis point-to-point control. Error diagnostics and program debugging are also emphasized. (3 contact hrs) South Campus.
