NUMT 1230 - Introduction to Nuclear Medical Procedures

NUMT-1230 introduces students to the profession of Nuclear Medicine Technology. It covers the application of basic principles and practices of Nuclear Medicine imaging and procedures in the clinical setting. Included is a basic summary of computer components, application, and processing techniques, and a review of comprehensive quality assurance programs in nuclear medicine departments. (3 contact hrs) Center Campus. Winter semester only.
