LCD 103 - Career Opportunities Exploration

This course provides a specific group of employees with an opportunity to view career options both within and outside their firm/occupation. It provides individuals with an opportunity to assess skills, identify interests and career options, formulate and specify a career direction, and develop an appropriate action plan as it may pertain to both career and other life pursuits. It is designed to be industry/firm specific and will only be offered at the work site or plant. (No credit after LCD 100)
