JOU 192 - Feature Writing

(South Campus Equivalent: JOU 190) Two class hours a week devoted to the principles of interviewing, covering a beat, writing feature articles and special story types. Two additional class hours a week spent in producing the campus student newspaper; emphasis on basic copyreading, page makeup, and headline writing. Offered every third semester, exclusive of summers. (4 contact hrs)
