PHED 2076 - Wellness: CPR/AED & First Aid for the Professional Rescuer

(Formerly PHED‑2075)

PHED‑2076 focuses on the professional rescuer level of training. Topics include blood borne pathogens, legal aspects of emergency care, body systems, medical emergencies, first aid, nutrition, stress management, weight management, and exercise as they relate to wellness. Students who successfully complete specific components of the course will earn the American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid certification.
