This course will introduce students to basic anatomy and physiology, common pathology, diagnostic measures, and treatment modalities applied to the healthcare field. Topics include cells, tissues, organs, and the various body systems: integumentary, skeletal, muscular, endocrine, nervous system, cardiology, circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems. This course has been designed specifically for students in the Medical Assistant and Health Information Technology programs.Center Campus.

OUTCOMES AND OBJECTIVES
Outcome 1: Upon completion of this course, student will be able to describe the structural organization of the human body.
