BUSN 2060 - Corporate Responsibility Credit Hours: 3.00 (3 contact hrs) BUSN-2060 provides students with a comprehensive overview of the roles and responsibilities of business in society. The topics covered include corporate social responsibility, legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, business ethics, and stakeholder relationships.

OUTCOMES AND OBJECTIVES Outcome 1: Upon completion of the course, students will be able to describe key aspects of business ethics and corporate social responsibility.
Objectives: Students will:
- Explain business ethics and the ethical decision making process.
- Identify who stakeholders are.
- Explain corporate social responsibility and how it fits into business strategy.
- Identify components of the corporate governance process.
