QST 292 - Total Quality for Leadership and Team Performance

This course will familiarize the student with leadership principles, emabling them to gain a better understanding of what is takes to be a successful leader. Opportunities are included for the study and analysis of small group dynamics, team decision-making process, and team conflict resolution. (3 contact hrs) South campus.
