PFS 203 - Mechanical Equipment of Restaurants


Students will become familiar with the machinery of a food service facility. Consideration will be given to its proper selection, installation, preventive maintenance and to the proper handling of repairs when necessary. Simple trouble shooting and on the spot repairs will be taught. (3 contact hrs) Center Campus.
