ELEC 1270 - Introduction to Industrial Troubleshooting


(formerly ECS 127) Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair procedures for computers and controllers as they relate to manufacturing processes. Emphasis is on understanding the complete manufacturing process, block diagrams, schematics and ladder diagrams, blueprints, the methods of computer and controller control, typical problems, approaches to troubleshooting and test equipment used.
