EDUC 2100 - Teacher Education Field Work

The purpose of this course is to provide beginning practical experience and training in the field. Each student will complete a 20-hour field experience in an elementary, middle school, high school, or special education setting. These hours can be applied towards meeting the “experience with children” requirement for four-year college and university Teacher Education programs. The class will consist of seminar class meetings and 20 hours of field experience. (4 contact hrs per week for 8 weeks)
