ECO 101N - Principles of Economics 1


Introduction to basic principles of economics - forms of business enterprise, labor relations, government finance, national income accounting. Provides basic understanding of the business cycle. Concludes with study of money and banking principles and analysis of use of monetary and fiscal policies to control the business cycle. Recommended that students follow Ec 101 with Ec 102 for more complete introduction to economics. (3 contact hrs)
