CIS 292C - Networks–Workshop

This course provides the student with a practical introduction to Local Area Networks (LANs). Emphasis will be to provide an understanding of industry terminology, technology (both physical and protocol), and requirements/limitations of LAN installations and use. Practical hands-on will be provided using a Novell/Token Ring/PS2 network. Additional topologies and configurations will also be addressed.
