AUT 292W - Vehicle Body Painting and Refinishing

Demonstration and practice on jobs gives the students training in proper spray techniques supported with a thorough working knowledge of spray equipment, its design, construction, care and maintenance. Tinting and matching are emphasized in the study of paint application. Advantages of spot repair and overall refinishing are studied with attention to proper use of enamels, acrylics and lacquer.
