AUT 352 - Advanced Fuel & Driveability Controls

Covers current state of the art information related to the features of the air induction, fuel delivery, ignition and emission control system features of passenger cars and light-duty trucks. The course divides into sections which cover specific system examples from each vehicle manufacturer. (Examples: throttle body and multi-port fuel injection systems for GM, Ford and Chrysler & diagnostic tools.) Special emphasis on specific diagnostic procedures and repair techniques is stressed through demonstration, practice and testing of performance. (4 contact hrs/session)
