ATA 145 - Automotive Emissions


A comprehensive study of internal combustion engine fuels, exhaust emission and their controls. The theory of conversion of petroleum fuel to energy is studied. Friction and its control by use of lubricants is studied. Heat dissipation in the engine is thoroughly investigated in the cooling unit of this course. (2 contact hrs) South Campus.
